| Bio: | This my LJ. I've had it a while, dating from when I was still in school. The entries date back to painfully old times and some of them are rather uncomfortable for me to read let alone for you to do so if you've only known me recently. So i vastly recommend you simply don't read them. A lot of this is how I post on Livejournal; when I'm intensely busy or have a lot going on in my life ironically LJ is neglected. This is particularly true of when I began University; I had no internet connection and frankly was far too busy to keep up with LJ anyways. On the other hand when I'm bored and have nothing to do I play with LJ; I become obsessed with my layout, my friends, who has me as a friend, spying on people who aren't friends only etc. So be warned; this journal certainly doesn't reflect events in my life. I'm right now a 2nd year English student at King's College London (May 03) with an intense love of music. Music is not my boyfriend but it is a lover which I regularly visit whatever I feel. I enjoy Modernist works dating from 1890s roughly to 1930s although I am open to various texts from differing periods. I have unfortunately for the Language department, an intense dislike for the uselessness of Language studies, believing them to be the type of department that teaches you to notice something you never did before, only to disregard it when bored or when moving on. Literature should move you and change your outlook, not point out something rather obvious. I do however have a rather anal sense of grammer and will shudder painfully at misuse of grammer, even though i misuse it myself and have no academic interest in it whatsoever. I'd rather not give myself a label regarding music. I listen to it and I listen to it a lot. This is such a contested topic it might be worthy of me simply moving on once I have pointed out the background on my layout =w= I'd like to travel the world I really would, but if I'm perfectly honest, it's the kind of thing that I much speak of and mediate on but is likely to happen only with planning or conversely a very random and sporadic event. That sentence leads me to think it reflects on me but I'm not sure in which way.
